What will you receive?

Dustin Leaney will personally review your project details and provide you with:

  • An initial assessment of your site and local planning requirements.
  • A clear Property Planning Report.
  • A detailed Project Outline Spreadsheet.

This Project Outline includes:

  • A preliminary list of steps required to take your project from concept to completion.
  • Recommended consultants and their likely involvement.
  • Council approvals needed and estimated fees.
  • A realistic preliminary build cost for the scope you describe.

At the bottom of the Project Outline Spreadsheet I’ll include a Total Project Budget Estimate, including a contingency allowance.

This free review typically takes me 45–60 minutes and has no obligation, however I may need to contact you for more information in order to complete the report.

On completion, we’ll have a strong foundation to discuss the three key drivers of your project:
